The Ruidoso Federated Woman’s Club, as a part of its “Shoe-In” project hereby authorizes the following student to present this voucher in exchange for a pair of school shoes. In addition, The Ruidoso Federated Woman’s Club agrees to pay said merchant, in accordance with our agreement and upon receipt of the completed voucher and store receipt, the price of the shoes so long as it does not exceed the amount listed below.
